Why I fell in love with Gotham City?
Yes, it’s all hustle and struggle but why do people go through it all to live here in hopes of making it after all? Because this is NEW YORK CITY, the best of the best!
This City Is More Than Buildings
To describe NYC as a hotbed of culture would be an unbelievable understatement. This place is, arguably, the heart of the international community in terms of both culture and commerce. And, frankly, I say "arguably" in the most literal sense of the word - someone could conceivably argue against that point...but they would be wrong. In the modern era, you would be hard-pressed to find an urban location as central and renowned in so many different areas. Any leading national or international organization, in literally any field, has an office here. We simply have the best of everything - some of the world's best art, best food, best music, best museums, best businesses, best universities, etc. etc. The list goes on.
One of my favorite things about New York City is the fact that you can be alone here without being by yourself. You are constantly surrounded by people, but at the same time you can enjoy solitude because everyone here is doing their own thing. You can be a part of something big and still be just you.
Speaking of people, New York City is a great place to meet with people. There is an energy and intensity around the gathering of people in Manhattan that is probably unprecedented in the world.
