Yoga Tuesdays!

Join me every Tuesday at 19:00 in RM Dance Studio as we come together, to breathe, meditate and move in harmony. In English & Open to all.

Registration required.

Where: Basteistraße 37 , 89073 Ulm.

Why: My goal as a Yogi is to be able to make Yoga accessible for everyone, regardless of your background, financial status or flexibility level. Yoga is for all, to unite the intelligence of the mind with the intelligence of the heart and our inner truth, to live in harmony and find inner peace. Once we live our best self, we can help this world become a better place.

What to bring: Please wear comfortable Yoga clothes, bring your own mat, water or anything else you need to be more comfortable.
