Yoga & Brunch

As spring slowly changes to summer, the whole world is coming into bloom, and it is the theme of blossoming that has inspired this event. That sense of opening and flowering is conveyed through expansive poses.

Sunday May 7th at 10:30am in Stages as we come together, to breathe, meditate and move in harmony. This 75 mins vinyasa flow is In English & Open to all. Registration is required.

We will then continue the conversation over a nourishing brunch buffet with plenty of plant based options overlooking the City of Ulm at the Me&all Hotel rooftop lounge.

You are welcome to join us for just the yoga session, just for brunch or both :)
