Day 2

Be in the Flow.

Magic happens when you are in the flow…

Instead of swimming against the current, today we will explore how you are able to tap into your own flow of energy and allow that same current to guide you forward. When energies are balanced in this region, one becomes far more alert to life around. This is what’s called “freedom of flow”, it gives you a certain freedom, a way to become free.

On a subtle level, our bodies communicate with the energies around us and certain energetic impulses usually relate directly to a certain part of the body and chakra that’s weakened or imbalanced.

Each chakra represents a spiritual life lesson or challenge to help us gain a more in-depth understanding of our personal and spiritual power. This, in turn, helps us learn how to overcome obstacles, let go of emotional blockages, and walk the path towards spiritual consciousness.

This chakra is all about having the power to realize and utilize your talent to express the life you want to lead. A Sacral Chakra in distress can form abusive, controlling relationships, and cause bullying in the workplace, fear of abandonment, and loss of financial and creative power.

The lesson the Sacral Chakra teaches us is that every relationship we create – from the casual to the most intimate – has a purpose, no matter how painful, to help us become more consciously aware of ourselves, and our limitations.

Through balancing and learning to be in the flow with our sacral energy, we realized all human beings are beautifully flawed. So we are able to empathize, even with those who may have caused us harm.

The second chakra symbolizes our creative potential, our ability to harbor fulfilling relationships, as well as our sexual energy – all coming together to create an empowered and confident individual.

My intention behind today’s session is for us to:

Let our creativity Flow, experience the Freedom of flow. Find balance in enjoying and containing. Pleasure and control.

Meditation 2

Today we will explore a different meditation that is both a meditation dedicated to bring awareness and balance to our second chakra, the sacral. As well as a mindful exercise to unblock any blockages in the flow of our energy, our creativity, our balance which is often caused by our own thoughts and limiting beliefs.

Yoga session 2

I would like to leave you to explore what this chakra means to you and how you can find your connection to balancing this energy. Therefore I have created the below handout for you to explore so many different ways and aspects that you can connect with the flow of your own energy and heal this space.

Lets get sciencey :)

I’m no expert on this subject but I got deep deep deep down the chakra hole :) and I found a bunch of really interesting stuff that I wanna share with you.

There are still a ton of discussion on which exact glands are associate with the second chakra since both the 1st and the 2nd chakra seems to share some similarities while they are significantly different. However research points to the reproductive glands (testes in men; ovaries in women); controls sexual development and secretes sex hormones, as well as what we went over for our root chakra to be the main glands associated with our first two primary chakras.

Chanting session 2

Mantra, whether chanted, whispered, or silently recited, is a powerful meditation and therapy tool. Western science is only now starting to catch up.

Neuroscientists, equipped with advanced brain-imaging tools, are beginning to quantify and confirm some of the health benefits of this ancient practice, such as its ability to help free your mind of background chatter and calm your nervous system.

The below Mantra has been specifically chosen for today’s intention as the meaning behind the lyrics is: I bow to the Creative Wisdom within and all around me.

Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (the Adi Mantra)

I bow to the Creative Wisdom, I bow to the Divine Teacher within.

This mantra is used for “tuning in” to the divine flow and self-knowledge within each of us.

Chanted by my talented friend Steffi Bichweiler, her wonderful voice leads you to feel this music move through your veins. Simply enjoy listening or join and sing along with her! Connect with her via Instagram @go.cyclic

Lastly…

“You were born with potential. You were born with goodness and trust. You were born with ideals and dreams. You were born with greatness. You were born with wings. You are not meant for crawling, so don’t. You have wings. Learn to use them and fly.”_ Rumi

Let that poem sink in and if you feel inspired to journal about your experience and jot down your feelings, questions, thoughts I would like to as you to take a look at your Day 1 notes and asked on that ask your self:

2) Craft a statement that will be your guiding light, your North Star

Use the below techniques to make your statement super-powerful:

  • Set a deadline for your intention. Make your intention time-based. For example, “By Spring 2022…”

  • Write it in the present tense, as if it’s already happened. “By Spring 2022, I am…”

  • Make the result you want something that you can cause to happen, something that has measurable results. I’m using a super silly example just to make a point, Say you want to grow your business, but you don’t feel confident that you can in the current economy. Rather than writing “By Spring 2022, I am confident in the economy,” write, “By Spring 2022, I have grown my business by 50%.” To make this happen, you’ll need to get creative and figure out how to grow your business in current conditions, which makes it a far more effective – and exciting – intention.

  • Try to keep your statement short enough for you to remember – but include all the areas of your life that you want to grow. “By Spring 2022, I have grown my business by 50% and am happily living with the partner of my dreams.”

  • Don’t worry about whether your brain believes your intention to be realistic. This is about pushing the limits of your imagination and making your dreams come true. Acknowledge any fears, hurts, beliefs or old stories that might try to hold you back – then shoot for the stars anyway.
